IIS7 and Default SMTP Virtual Server

I'm trying to set up the default SMTP virtual server in IIS7/Server 2008.
But I can't find out how to set relay settings. I can't even find the
Default SMTP Virtual Server properties, only SMTP E-mail, and that doesn't
really have anything I'm looking for.

In IIS6/Server 2003 it's under properties/Access tab/relay. Anyone know
where it is here? Thanks.
