As for some logs, here goes but nothing really of note (to me
anyway)
Can you please post logs in a readable format, where there isn't
intra-field space in your post? Also, your logging is not turned up
high enough. Switch to IIS Log File Format, at least for the
troubleshooting period.
The snippet you posted appears to be for a successful external
delivery. I need a snippet for a failed external delivery, if
applicable.
What service(s) is peaking the CPU?
Have you done a repair install of Exchange (to restore the Exchange
delivery event sinks in the event they are corrupted)?
Have you added a new SMTP virtual server and tested with that?
The DNS information resolves no problem
What is your IP and PTR?
and I can telnet port 25
To where?
In fact it does receive mail from out ISP but fails to deliver
internally.
In your original post, you noted outbound -- internal _and_ external
-- delivery problems. Inbound may be working. I'm talking about (that
is, you were talking about) the two kinds of outbound, Remote and
Local.
