Block messages based on email list.

Hi all.

Problem:
We are getting swamped with SPAM and currently have no money to upgrade our
SMTP gateways. We used to be a larger company and the amount of SPAM
directed at 1) actual working email addresses, 2) removed email addresses
and 3) made up email addresses, is unbeleivable. One week over Christmas
break we had 200,000 SPAM messages.

Environment:
We are using a pair of SMTP gateways currently using Symantec's AntiVirus
for Windows (3.1.1.2). Both servers are running Windows 2000 and host our
Corporate web site and DNS servers. We currently do not have IIS SMTP
running as we have the Symantec product listening on port 25 and relaying
all mail for our 4 domains to the Exchange server.

Question:
How can I use IIS SMTP to accept only messages to a given list of email
addresses (we are a small company, not a big list)? In this way, I can use
IIS SMTP to listen on port 25, only accept messages for the given list of
email addresses and forward accepted messages to the Symantec product on a
different port (like 2525). Then they will be scanned for SPAM and Viruses
and then forwarded to Exchange.

Thanks for any input you might have.
