How reliable CDOSYS ??

Hello,

We have an application which send mail thru CDOSYS. A process is spawn for
each mail.

The code in the process is very straighforward. Create a Imessage,
Iconfiguration, and send the message.

All the parameters and return codes are checked.

The program run fine under the debugger, and most of the time.

But we do have some occasional full failure in OLE32.DLL when sending
several hundreds mail a day.

What should we check ?
