Did you look in the "queue" folder? c:\inetpub\mailroot\queue

I try using ASP for sending mail (Win2003). In event log appears this message every 4 hours:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: smtpsvc
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4000
Date: 18.12.2006
Time: 11:35:42
User: N/A
Computer: SERVER
Description:
Message delivery to the remote domain 'domain.sk' failed for the following reason:
Unable to bind to the destination server in DNS.

No record exist for 'domain.sk' in DNS - it's OK. I need delete 'queue' only. How do it?
