Define email aliases in Server2k3's SMTP/POP3?

We are using the builtin SMTP/POP3 services in Server2K3. We are using
Active Directory Integrated mode for POP3.

I would like the ability to define aliases (like jobs@xxxxxxxxxx getting
"forwarded" to someone@xxxxxxxxxx). I would like to do this without the
need to create a new user in AD just for this purpose.

Possible? How?

Thanks in advance,

Joe
