restrict IIS acceptance of to:?

I want to use IIS 5.0's smtp to sit on the Internet and
have my primary MX record point to it. Then it would
forward all mail it accepts to my real server, which would
deny relay attempts, perform anti-spam checks, etc.. But
since the IIS box on the Internet is what would accept all
connections without offering up 550 relay denied msgs.,
I'm worried that open relay blacklists would list us if
they simply check for that and don't verify that mails
truly don't get delivered.
So is there a way to limit IIS 5.0, so that it accepts a
msg. only if it's bound for someone @mycompany.com and
sends a 550 for all others? Or is my concern about open
relay blacklists unfounded?
Thanks
.
