Does anyone know of a utility (3rd party or otherwise) that allows queued
messages in SMTP (IIS 6.0) in a non-exchange installation?

I am also looking for a utility or a way to measure performance -- we send
out e-mail invitations to panels who have subscribed to do surveys and we
want to see what we can do to messages pushed out faster.
