After the fact? No, none worth the effort. I doubt the effort is
justified either. Unless it happens again, I'd just tell them that it
appears to hvae been a:
1. Software glitch.
2. Problem with the Intenet
3. Fault of the software provider (you know who... <g>)
4. Some external force.
Pick any one reason to use for this problem...
To prevent future problems you may want to keep an eye on the various
queue folders for stuck files or emails. Also, purge them as
appropriate, especially the badmail folder which IMHO seems to grow by
leaps and bounds without restraint! <bg>
