How do I turn off delivery status notification emails in Win2k IIS SMTP Virtual Sevrer?

My IIS box tries to send out delivery failure notifications to bogus spam email address when a message bounces. I do not want to do this. Can I turn it off? The Queue fills over time and I assume eventually this will have an effect on performance.
