How to manage NNTP messages, delete etc?

Hi all

I've been reading quite a lot of posts about this but unfortunately no
suggestions or solutions.

I would like to be able to easily delete unwanted suspect messages on the
news server. Is there a tool for this maybe?
Today the only way I have figured out is to stop the NNTP service and delete
the files on the disk.
