In the US, it would be a federal crime! It is called CANSPAM.
If Chris is getting complains from his client, then GOOD! It means the
Anti-Spam efforts are working.
What it means is that Chris is a SPAMMER blasting mail to email addresses
that are NOT valid, period. The NDR is generated by the receiver operating
in a POST SMTP rejection manner. No NDR is generated in a DYNAMIC SMTP
rejection mode.
Don't help this SPAMMER. This is exactly what we are TRYING to stop.
