    This is by design. The reason is because different auth mechanisms support
    different "numbers" of users. For encrypted file, you can create
    user@domain1.com and user@domain2.com, but you can not do that if you are
    using local windows accounts. With local windows accounts you can only
    create user@domain1.com -or- user@domain2.com because "user" is a Windows
    account, and you can't have two Windows accounts both called "user". So, you
    first need to delete all the domains (and users contained therein), then
    switch the Auth type.
