Work with me on this. <g>

I have a mail list, about 2500 members.

I have a NNTP server, and a news group defined. This that matches the news
group collects replies and posts from users directly (Agent or Outlook
Express usually), and the mail list via email.

I need to forward direct posts to the newsgroup to the email list (going the
other way was so easy!<g>). Some problems include:

1. I don't want to forward posts that arrive from the email list back to the
list, that would create a loop.

2. I don't want to add to the news server any of the posts that it sent to
the mail list...

it would be acceptable to delete the newsgroup post, and then pick it up
again from the mail list.

I think I could write this as a program, but don't want to re-invent the
wheel. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!
