Question about Web Sharing folder properties in II7

Hello,

I'm running Windows 2008. I notice when I go to file explorer, I don't see the web sharing tab on the folder properties. Is there a way to turn it on IIS7 web servers? I posted in the IIS group but I'm not sure if this would be more common knowledge for FTP IIS admins.
