FTP Server-Control Folder Access

Hi, I'm sure this question must have been asked many times before, but I'm a
bit new to SBS2003 and I'm not sure of the terminology I should be looking
for.
I have the basic FTP server setup without problems, people can get in and
browse the ftproot structure. However, I only want Chris to see the folder
ftproot/chris and John to see ftproot/john, and there should be no access to
the ftproot folder itself.
Is this possible with the standard FTP server in SBS2003, or do I need
something else?
Thanks.
.
