What's wrong with the Task Scheduler? It can do pretty much everything any
after market schedule can do, and it's free and already installed.
Maybe you shouldn't be doing what you are doing if you need to hide it,
hmmm?

The windows command line FTP program can be schduled. (Just start it with
"Scheduled Tasks" using a batch file).
Once it's started, you can direct it to a text file with all the commands
you want to execute.
