please help i am lost.

Problem 1
I get three errors when I try to send something to my ftp server
200
227
550
Can someone tell me the cause of this?
I am the admin of the server and I can't upload.

I am using a pc connected to my "2wire" router so the info does not
even need to hit the internet.
The problem is I think other users will also have this problem as
well. I need the internet to work.

Problem 2
My FP extensions do not work. They are installed and I have allowed
them to by use.

I have taken snap shots. Please take a look and let me know what I
have to do to fix this.

Lastly.
In the manage server role area. I believe I have too many things
going.
This server will be hosting a web page and will be used to ftp that is
all.
What roles to I need to have running.
