Ok, most likely passive mode issue, if you change this on your IE, does it
works.

I jus added an FTP server and I tested it and worked fine for the first
2
users I then gave access to someone else whom just happens to be using
IE7
and he got an error that says "An error has occurred oepenign that
folder
of
the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to access that folder.
Details:
A connection with the server could not be stablished."

If I login from a diferent machine I have no problems, I was able to
replicate the error on another machine with IE7 as well.
