Well, is the user account you used to logon remotely has write permissions?
are you going through ISA firewall? if yes, does the rules allow write
access?

Hello there
i have published FTP server to download & upload files from out site to
our
local network but when i upload files from outside or local network to the
ftp server always says access denied 550 please note that i can upload
files
only if i;m logged in on the localftpserver

so any idea what's wrong
