Windowss 2003 ftp, administrator not able to login

Hello
I have two servers: 1x Windows 2000 Server Standard and 1x Windows 2003
Standard. Both I have the same configuration. The ftp directory points
the a share on a Network Applicance box. I have also different mounted
network drive which works perfect (means I have no permission problem).
If I connect to the Windows 2000 ftp server I get all the directories
from the box (all users and also the user administrator) but if I
connect to the Windows 2003 ftp server all users can connect to box'
share but not the user administrator (or all user which are in the
group adminstrators). What I'm doing wrong? GPOs?

Kind regards,
Martin Schweizer
