Non-technical staff to download website pages securely

My sales people have laptops with which to demonstrate our websites offline.
They have a copy of the web pages in the laptop and demonstrate the website
using localhost.
When we update the website, I need to download the latest webpages to the
laptops.
I could use an ftp client to do this from the laptop, but I would need to
make sure that the non-technical sales people could only download by
preferably clicking one button.
Is there an ftp client that I can set up like this? Or should I tackle the
problem another way?
If this is the wrong newsgroup for this question, perhaps you could direct
me to the correct one?
Thanking you in anticipation.
