Thanks for the response Bernard. I do need authentication, and was
looking
to use integrated windows auth, but seeing as that won't work with IIS
what
would you recommend? I need my users to be able to upload and dowload
files
from different sites and different systems, security of the folders and
files
on the site isn't a big concern, but we definately need authentication
into
the site. Any direction anyone could provide would be great.

Thanks Everyone!

Yes it is possible. but bare in mind that IIS FTP only support basic
auth.
In your case, you can either map the ftp folder directly to the web
folder
or create a virtual directory at the ftp site and link it to the web
folder.

I have a win 2k3 server running IIS and our company website. I am
trying
to
setup an FTP site for us on the server as well. Whenever I try the
company
website goes down, and I have to remove the FTP site and restart IIS
services
to get it back up. I would like to get it setup were it is using
integrated
widows authentication to allow only my users access and to where they
can
upload/download files. Is it possible to do this on the same server,
and
if
so, can someone explain how to for me. I appreciate your help, have a
great
day!
