Sorry just the shortcut is not there. There are some log files there
but how to know got any error messages ?

as for the ftp log file, checkout %windi%/system32/logfiles/msftpsvcX
x is the site id.

ftp client works ok. user will have to enter their AD ftp username and
password. some user do not have ftp client and its hard for them to
setup. strange , my event viewer seem lost, just can't find it ;0 , any
idea why ?

I've setup AD user isolation ftp and i can use ftp software like
ipswitch ftp software to login my ftp but i cannot use IE 6 or 7 to
login. It gives error like IE cannot display the webpage, not even
prompt for user password. Pls advise.
