FTP resolving

Hello,

I've turned on my FTP settings in Windows 2003 Small business server.

Internally, I can't get into the ftp site. I use the IP Address as well as
the domain name.

Externally, I can get on the ftp site when I ftp the ip address but not the
domain name.

I was told I would have to setup an a host record. If this is the problem,
how would I go about doing that? Any help is appreciated.
