Mm.. haven't actually try this with IE. can you check the iis ftp log..
what user it is trying to authenticate as and what's the status code?
next, why not just use the decent ftp client app ?

I've setup AD user isolation ftp and i can use ftp software like
ipswitch ftp software to login my ftp but i cannot use IE 6 or 7 to
login. It gives error like IE cannot display the webpage, not even
prompt for user password. Pls advise.
