Re: Folder modification date not changing

I can't repro the symptom, the folder reflect the modified date once files
being uploaded.
how do you order the modified folders? windows explorer ? command prompt?

My company has client upload files to an ftp server. To find new
files, we simply order the directories by "Modified" in descending
order. We have a couple of clients who, when they upload a file, do
not get the modified timestamp on their folder updated.

A couple of details:

1. the clients are not creating their directories. When they log in
they are dropped into their personal directory and they simply upload
a file to that location.

2. the file they upload shows the date and time of their upload, a
time different than the timestamp on the folder itself.

Any ideas on how to make this work correctly?
