I wouldn't exactly call this helpful.
This is a vendor's chart comparing their own product against a handful of
other products, and surprisingly enough, they come off best in all the
categories they pick to compare.
Why not simply pick a few and try them?
There's a much bigger list of SSL-capable FTP servers and clients at

wrote the RFC for FTP over SSL.
