Okay, new Win2003 Server install. FTP running in Isolation mode - which
does
work.
I've got a problem (that I also had in non-isoloation mode).
I'm trying to upload a website to an FTP user home directory, which is
also
the website root directory.
I can upload all the root directory stuff fine and all the root+1
directories are created and populated, then the root+2 directories. But
when
I try to either upload anything to the root+2 directories or create root+3
directories in them, I get an access error, basically questioning if I
have
write permissions.
Using the IE 6.0 drag & drop FTP this comes up:
FTP Folder Error
An error occurred copying a file to the FTP Server. Make sure you have
permission to put files on the server.
Details:
200 Type set to I.
227 Passive mode entered (IP,IP,IP,IP,185,170)
550 db_filename.jpg: Access is denied.
Anyone have any clue what is going on... or is this just an "everyone
knows"
thing that I missed somewhere?
