When I set it up in IIS I used the external IP. If I were to put it on
another server with an internal IP then I would of had to publish the FTP in
ISA and use NAT to get there. Much easier to put in on my DC seeing how the
usage is very limited.

Okay, I got the users and permissions working.
How are you getting there internally?
Through IE and typing ftp://192.168.0.110
What IP address did you use when you created the FTP site in IIS?
The internal IP Address is 192.168.0.110, and I have the router set for
just
port 21, not 20. The FTP has the exact IP Address as the Static IP I gave
the server itself. Whenever I try to access it from the outside it gives
me
a "Server Not Found" error.

I'm trying to set up an FTP server that only 3 specific people can
access,
internally and from outside computers. Where do I set up their user
names
and passwords? Sorry I'm totally new to this.
Also I can access the FTP site internally but I cannot from an outside
source. I have my router set up with 20/21 forwarded to my server, and
assigned the server a static IP, but an outside computer will not find
it.
Am I missing a step somewhere?
