Error: FTP, error 530: "User cannot log in. Login failed"

Solution:
1) The user does not have the "Log on Locally" user right or is not a member
of a group, which has this right
2) The user does not have read access to at least one directory in the FTP
root folder
3) The password is wrong, or has been changed. Please retry the operation
again in 15 minutes.
