Unable to write in Virtual Directory

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi
I am new to IIS and got this problem as:

I got a server where IIS6 is deployed ans we have hosted our FTP site which
is working very fine. One user needs to have an access on one shared resource
that resides on another server (diff. from IIS one). I created one virtual
folder for him so that he can access the resource using FTP Virtual Folder.
All perfect except that when he needs to place any file back into that
virtual folder, he gets an "access denied error" message. The mentioned user
has full NTFS permission on mentioned resource.

Thanks
.
