cann't connect from another machine, but able to connect locally

I have a server running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Now i installed
IIS and FTp. Now the problem is I am able to connect from the localhost
(ftp://>localhost)
but when connecting from another machine this is not working, .its showing
eventid 115
from command prompt its giving the error 'Connected to 192.168.1.25.
Connection closed by remote host.'
Anyone have idea to solve this problem???
