You create a VD under the root and you name it the same name as the ID
(local or Domain accounts [I've done both]. Then you point the VD to the
directory that youwant the user to have access to. Make sure that you give
NTFS permissions as well. ALso make the root ftp go to an empty directory do
a user can't traverse to anything important.
