    Last night I installed W2003 Server on spare Hard drive (original RAID
    drives was simple disconeted) after installing the system. & RRAS + NAT
    everything just working fine.

    Now I should persuade my boss to not spend the time anymore but reinstall
    the server.

    Thanx for your help.
