Problem on FTP IIS 5 !!! Help me!!

Hi friend!!!

Every time I run ls command it gat slow ... and timeout!
I can login, change directory, but ls I and put i cannīt. The connection
simple stops, and donīt answer anymore.

HELP ME!!!
