Thanks for the Policies tip. I knew I had seen it somewhere. Wow NT 4.0
haven't used it much lately.
I did find a tool that claims to be able to demote DC to standalone server
and Promote into another domain or leave it as a standalone server. I used
it and the results are a server that is indistinguishable from a standalone
server. At least I can't tell the difference...... But then I couldn't
find the log on locally policy either ;-) http://utools.com/UPromote.asp
