When trying to login to the FTP site from an external
    source, I get the Error:
"An Error Occurred opening that folder on the FTP server.
Make Sure you have permission to access that folder.
Details: The Connection with the server was reset."
But I am still able to Login internally, as well as login
to the Server itself Remotely...I have checked the
Permissions on all the folders & they are fine.
