Hi io,

When you use Windows NT Explorer to copy a file from the client to a remote
computer, data is typically transferred in Core mode in 4 KB blocks. Could
this possibly be the case with the FTP clients that you are using? I have
been unable to find a similar issue, assuming that you're referring to the
FTP Server that is part of IIS 5.0 (Windows 2000).
