OK, I have the folder created, but I don't know what you mean by "use
authentication". I have assigned NTFS file permissions to give the group
read only access. I have also removed the group Everyone. Yet I still get
the 550 access denied errors. Does this group need special User Rights like
    Logon Locally, etc.?

This server was upgraded from Windows 2000. How do I tell what mode it is
running in (e.g. Do not isolate users, Isolate users)?

Thanks for all of your help Jeff, I really appreciate it.
