ASP forms inconsistent submission

Hello!
I am using Macromedia MX 2004 to create .asp forms that submit e-mails
to different persons when filled out. For every form I have 2 files,
the page that people see and fill out the form, and the action file
which pulls out the data from the form to the email.
When I test the forms, locally or on the server, they submit fine. When
somebody else submits any of the forms, however, it may or may not
work. I have set up the permissions to allow everybody to have access
to read and execute those scripts, so I am really confused as to why
this might happen.
Does anyone have any idea if there might be something I have to include
in the code so that it automatically refreshes or something...
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Desi
