VisualASP sample needed

Help!

It appears the VisualASP has gone out of business (800 number does not work,
emails and phone get no answer)

Anyway, I bought a license for the ListView and the samples are not
included, but I need them to as there is no manual. Does anyone have the zip
file that they once down loaded from their site?
