Server object error 'ASP 0178 : 80070005'

Recently I migrated some .NET/ASP Web applications from IIS 5.0/Win2000
to IIS 6.0 Win2003. Almost all the application work except when I click
on one link I get the error message below. I have implemented Microsoft
Article ID: 278013 without success.
I also try running the site in IIS 5.0 Isolation mode with same result.
The architecture is Web Server >> COM Server >> Database Server
Server object error 'ASP 0178 : 80070005'
Server.CreateObject Access Error
/LM/W3SVC/2/Root/global.asa, line 26
The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions.
Access is denied to this object.
