Server.CreateObject error

     Set xlsApp = Server.CreateObject("Excel.Application")

    I am writing the above code in asp and getting the following error

    Server object, ASP 0178 (0x80070005)
    The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access is
    denied to this object.

    Can anyone tell me to which file do i have to set the permisions to make it
    work.
