Intermiten DCOM error 10010 with out-process application on IIS 6

    On IIS 6, sometime I get the error 429 (can't create Active X object) when I
    create an out-process COM server and I see this message in the event log:

    Event Source: DCOM
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 10010
    Date: 11/4/2004
    Time: 2:27:09 PM
    User: WEBDEV01\IUSR_WEBDEV01
    Computer: WEBDEV01
    Description:
    The server {311D3230-D8F0-4EAD-831E-BBF3CCFF656C} did not register with DCOM
    within the required timeout.

    This error occurs 1 to 2 times a day on many servers with this application
    that is used approximately 1000 times a day per server.

    Could anyone help me with this ?
