Nothing you can do on your side. The ISP basically hijacked the domain resolve request in violation of the DNS protocol.

In my district when my app open a non-exist website, the ISP will show advertisement in the error page.
DNS error can't be caught by OnNavigateError, Is there any way to catch DNS error when navigate a error site?
