authoring an IE plugin to log me into Outlook's web interface

My only access to my companies email is via the outlook web interface
that times out every 25 minutes on me. It drives me nuts and
considering I am a C++ Programmer, I thought I would write a little
IE7 plugin that will log me once I browse to the page. Any
suggestions on the best place to start?
