Extremely difficult. Normally, cookies are managed per-process (session
cookies) or per-user (persistent cookies). But see
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.programming.components.webbrowser_ctl/browse_frm/thread/8c4e1e590e4098e0
It is not clear what defines the distinction between cookie contexts
for Explorer.
Running as a separate process.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not
necessarily a good idea. It is hard to be sure where they are going to
land, and it could be dangerous sitting under them as they fly
overhead. -- RFC 1925
