Quicktime MIME Types dialog

Hi All,

I am hosting an IWebBrowser2 control using plain VC++ (no MFC, etc).
In some of the pages that we go to, there are imbedded Quicktime
movies. On some users computers, navigating to one of these pages in
IE will cause a dialog to pop up asking them to re-establish Quicktime
MIME types. However, in our application, this dialog doesn't pop up,
causing the web browser window to appear to lockup. Does anyone know
how to get this window to show up?
