IWebBrowser2 events on websites using Ajax, JavaScript

I've made a toolbar of IE, using IWebBrowser2. I want my toolbar to do
certain work on BeforeNavigate2 event. Things work fine as long as I
get static html, but when when I encounter websites that produce html
dynamically (Ajax,JavaScript) , I do not get the event. I'm also using
HTMLDocumentEvents but it doesn't work either.

How can I get the WebBrowser2 events on page that dynamically generate
html. Alternatively, advise which interface to use.

I'm using Delphi2006 on WindowsXP. Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Ahmed
